- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 4 ounces (about 115g) semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour four ramekins or small baking dishes.
- Melt Chocolate and Butter:
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the butter and chopped chocolate together. You can do this in a microwave or using a double boiler. Stir until smooth and well combined. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.

- Run a knife around the edges to loosen the cakes, then invert each onto a serving plate.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately. You can also serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
